Will my price change when we grow?

Accepted Answer

Only if you grow into another plan or add Pro seats — the price is your plan plus seats, and it never changes at renewal. If a market-wide change ever happens, it's applied to every customer in your market at once, announced in advance.

Do field and client seats really cost nothing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients are unlimited on every plan — including the free one. Only your Pro (office) seats count toward the plan's included allowance, and extra Pro seats get cheaper as the plan gets bigger.

Does the field app really work offline?

Yes. The field app is offline-first by design — daily logs, photos, attendance, and deliveries are captured on site with no signal and sync automatically when a connection returns.

Is Trestle built for Philippine billing and compliance?

It's built around peso reality from day one: progress billing with retention, petty cash and liquidation, DUPA/POW estimating conventions, and a clean accounting export. Full BIR e-invoicing (EIS) ships in V2.

We run everything on Excel and Viber. How hard is migration?

That's the exact starting point Trestle is designed for. Your cost database and estimate templates are imported with you during onboarding, and larger firms get done-with-you migration so the switch happens project by project, not overnight.

What does the AI actually do?

Applied work, not demos: receipts photographed on site become expenses via OCR, invoices match themselves to POs, and cost anomalies are flagged against your own cost database. A full project Copilot arrives once the data graph can support it.
